I have missed 2 pow wows that we were scheduled to set up at due to the accident and not being released by the doctor yet :( I am looking forward to a Great Pow wow season this year, Ken will be MC or AD at many more this season, and due to all the down time, I have a LOT of Beading to sell :) Here is how it looks tentatively as of now (there should be mre fill-ins that will be added):

a Native American Flute Player who has played Carnagie Hall and many other
venues. John will be featured in Concert on Sunday Night. This event will be
open to the public for a small donation. Mr. Sarantos, has also agreed
to host several flute practice sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
There will something for everyone. This
is a Family Program, Please have all Pets on Lease, No Alcohol, Drugs or
Firearms Permitted. So grab a friend a Veteran and a Lawn Chair and come have

Grease w/ Tony Walkingstick, Ravenwood Singers; AD - Running Wolf; OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!FREE PARKING! GREAT FOR KIDS AND YOUTH GROUPS! There
is no admission charge but a $2 raffle ticket bought at the gate will give you a
chance to win a prize donated from one of our great vendors.This is a teaching
powwow. We will have demonstrations and lots of things that everyone can do and
see. We will have lots of dancers in regalia and lots of great vendors that you
can visit while you're with us. There will be a native village with tipi's
(lodges) that you can look in and take pictures in front of, we will also have
re-enactors with period clothing and equiptment. The DAV will have a wonderful
display of military vehicles and gear from now and years gone by in a museum
type setting to honor all of our veterans. There will be an arena that you can
try your hand at throwing a tomahawk, or spear. You can also try shooting a
blowgun and for the kids we have corn cob darts, and the rabbit stick game. The
donations and vendor fees are what we will be using to pay for next years
powwow, so all donations are greatly appreciated. Everyone bring a lawn chair
